Within 24/48H, we will send you a plan and detailed characteristics of your mirror, asking for validation, with the diagram of the outer shape of the glass and the positioning of the LEDs, touch buttons, and other mirror features.

After the complete validation of your mirror, we transfer the validated plan and characteristics for production to our workshop.

What happens if the mirror is broken? Is the transport of mirrors insured?

We deliver products to carriers in new and very good condition packaging, so they should arrive at your place in the same state. Please systematically check the mirror as carriers can sometimes be careless. If the delivery person does not want to wait, tell them you refuse the package.

How to size your mirror?

The mirrors are fixed with supplied hooks, plan at least 3 cm above the mirror to slide the hooks onto their brackets.
