The seating surface is made from treated chestnut wood slats, finished with Impranal Profi, a thick water-based glaze that protects against weathering while enhancing the natural grain. The sturdy frame consists of 40 x 40 mm steel profiles coated with black Komaxit powder paint, providing resistance to corrosion and wear. The bench weighs 22 kg and comes disassembled for easy transport, including five wooden slats, two side panels, and all necessary fixings for assembly.
Assembly is straightforward thanks to pre-drilled profiles and side panels, allowing for quick and secure construction. The bench can be fixed to the ground using a mounting kit (not included), ensuring stability and safety in public or private settings. Regular maintenance involves tightening screws and refreshing the surface finish to prolong its lifespan, especially when exposed to outdoor elements.
Customisation options are available to suit various aesthetic preferences and functional requirements. Choose from alternative wood types such as teak, pine, walnut, mahogany, or rosewood, with or without surface treatment. Side panels can be selected in different colours including silver RAL 9006, dark grey RAL 7011, blue RAL 5017, red RAL 3020, or left untreated. For a personalised touch, the bench can feature engraved logos, commemorative dedications, municipal emblems, QR codes, and more.

Production process:
Step 1 - manufacturing (1 to 2 weeks).
Step 2 - painting (1 to 2 weeks).
In parallel, we are preparing the bench profiles.
Once the side panels are delivered by the paint shop, we will pack and prepare for shipment.
Delivery costs are free for all orders.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi, delivered without signature. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us.
Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
We properly pack and protect all our plans in specific packaging that is perfectly adapted to the dimensions of the products.
Packages are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your payment.
