Delivery to other territories
For deliveries outside the EU, including overseas territories and non-European countries, orders will be shipped via a specialized freight forwarder. Please contact us to arrange the delivery.

Delivery method
Standard shipping is done via tracked parcel, delivered without a signature.
If you want delivery with a signature, additional charges apply. In that case, please contact us.
Regardless of the chosen shipping method, a tracking link will be provided as soon as possible to track your order online.
We work with several trusted international carriers: DPD, Schenker, Colissimo, GLS, FedEx, among others.
We reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier based on the product and your delivery address.
Receiving goods
Some of our goods are fragile – mirrors, for example. While we take every precaution to prevent damage during shipping, it is very important that you check the products in the presence of the delivery person.
We handed over a brand-new item to the carrier; they must deliver it to you in the same condition.
If you have any doubts, open the package and check it thoroughly. If you still have doubts, refuse the package and notify us. We won’t be able to refund you if this verification was not carried out.
Packaging
We carefully pack and protect all our products in specific packaging perfectly suited to the product dimensions.
Delivery time
Parcels are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment.
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.
Our stock is located in France (Maine-et-Loire, 49), Italy, and Poland.
We do not store all products in-house to offer a wide range. To speed up delivery, we sometimes ship directly from the supplier’s stock.
Custom-made products are usually shipped directly from the manufacturing workshop to speed up delivery and reduce transport costs.
Change of delivery address
You can change the delivery address at any time as long as the package has not yet been shipped. Just email us your new delivery address.
Returns
All return requests must be made by email to info@oseky.com or via the contact form. Returns can be requested within 14 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Custom-made products cannot be returned.
