Within 24/48H, we will send you a plan and detailed specifications of your mirror, asking for your validation, with a diagram of the outer shape of the glass and the positioning of the LEDs, touch buttons, and other features of the mirror.

If you have any comments, it is always possible to modify your order.

After the complete validation of your mirror, we transfer the approved plan and specifications to our workshop for production.

And that's it, according to the timeframe indicated above, your mirror will arrive perfectly packaged at your home.

What happens if the mirror is broken? Is mirror transport insured?

We hand over products to carriers in new and very good condition packaging, so they should arrive at your home in the same condition. Please always check the mirror, as carriers can sometimes be careless. If the delivery person does not want to wait, tell them you refuse the package.

If the mirror is broken, no problem, we insure all transports and your mirror will be quickly remade and reshipped, so do not take the risk of accepting the mirror if you have any doubts.

In conclusion, you take fewer risks by buying your mirror from us because you do not have to transport it in your own vehicle.

Once again, no risk, the mirror is insured and will always be replaced by a new one in case of breakage during transport.

How to size your mirror?

The mirrors are fixed with supplied hooks; allow at least 3 cm above the mirror to slide the hooks onto their mounts.

For more comfort during installation, allow at least 2 cm on each side of the mirror to fit your fingers. If you prefer to stick the mirror to the edge of the wall, you will then need a suction cup to hold the mirror during installation.

Can you install the mirror yourself?

Yes, installation is simple thanks to the supplied fixings, but it is preferable to call a professional.

Mirrors are fragile products until they are fixed to the wall. For greater safety, especially for large mirrors, always install the mirror with two people. Never place the mirror on a corner and have a table nearby to lay it flat.
