How does your order work?

Choose the dimensions of the glass as well as the features and options from the many available options. Then place your order.

Within 24/48H, we will send you a plan and detailed characteristics of your mirror, asking for validation, with the outline of the glass shape and the positioning of the LEDs, touch buttons, and other features of the mirror.

If you have any comments, it is always possible to modify your order.

After the complete validation of your mirror, we transfer the validated plan and characteristics for production to our workshop.

And there you go, according to the indicated time frame, your mirror will arrive perfectly packaged at your home.

What happens if the mirror is broken? Is the transport of mirrors insured?

We hand over products to carriers in new and very good condition packaging, so they should arrive at your home in the same condition. Please systematically check the mirror as carriers can sometimes be careless. If the delivery person does not want to wait, tell them you refuse the package.

If the mirror is broken, no problem, we insure all transports and your mirror will be quickly remanufactured and reshipped, so do not take the risk of accepting the mirror if you have any doubts.

In conclusion, you take fewer risks by buying your mirror from us because you do not have to transport it in your vehicle.

Once again, no risks, the mirror is insured and will systematically be replaced by a new one in case of breakage during transport.

How to size your mirror?

The mirrors are fixed with supplied hooks, allow at least 3 cm above the mirror to slide the hooks onto their mounts.

For more comfort during installation, allow at least 2 cm on each side of the mirror to pass your fingers. If you prefer to stick the mirror to the edge of the wall, you will then need suction cups to hold the mirror during installation.

Can you install the mirror yourself?

Yes, installation is simple thanks to the supplied fixings, but it is preferable to call a professional.

Mirrors are fragile products as long as they are not fixed to the wall. For more safety, especially when they are large, always mount the mirror with 2 people. Never place the mirror on a corner and provide a nearby table to lay it flat.
