Choose the glass dimensions as well as the features and options from the many available. Then place your order.

Within 24/48 hours, we will send you a plan and detailed specifications of your mirror, asking for your approval, including the diagram of the outer shape of the glass and the positioning of the LEDs, touch buttons, and other features of the mirror.

If you have any comments, it is always possible to modify your order.

After your mirror is fully validated, we forward the approved plan and specifications to our workshop for production.

And that's it—according to the indicated timeframe, your mirror will arrive perfectly packaged at your home.

What happens if the mirror is broken? Is mirror transport insured?

We hand over products to carriers in new and very good condition packaging, so they should arrive at your place in the same condition. Please always check the mirror upon delivery, as carriers can sometimes be careless. If the delivery person does not want to wait, tell them you refuse the package.

If the mirror is broken, no worries, we insure all shipments and your mirror will be quickly remanufactured and reshipped, so do not take the risk of accepting the mirror if you have any doubts.

How to size your mirror?

The mirrors are mounted with supplied hooks; allow at least 3 cm above the mirror to slide the hooks onto their brackets.

For more comfort during installation, allow at least 2 cm on each side of the mirror for your fingers. If you prefer to glue the mirror to the wall edge, you will then need a suction cup to hold the mirror during installation.

Can you install the mirror yourself?

Yes, installation is simple thanks to the supplied fittings, but it is preferable to call a professional.

Mirrors are fragile products until they are fixed to the wall. For greater safety, especially when they are large, always install the mirror with two people. Never place the mirror on a corner, and have a table nearby to lay it flat.
